Unable to sync when using BlackBerry Desktop Software and Mac OS X 10.9 and later

Blackberry Bold 9930 will not connect to Blackberry Desktop Software on Mac OSx So i have a predicament The other phone manufacturer (the kind of fruit) does not allow one to export contacts to a sim card I'm hoping to do this on. Mar 26, 2010  I am having trouble syncing contacts on Mac w/ Bold 9700 via Blackberry Desktop Software for Mac. Anyone have suggestions? My calendar and iTunes music sync just fine. But the contacts for some reason don't go from the computer to the BB, but vice versa is fine.

Overview

BlackBerry Desktop Software utilizes Apple's SyncServices technology in order to synchronize Contact, Calendar, Notes, and Tasks information to and from the Mac computer. BlackBerry Desktop Software synchronizes information with the SyncServices database, which then synchronizes with other SyncServices enabled applications on the computer (for example, Apple Address Book, iCal, Apple Mail, Microsoft Outlook for Mac). BlackBerry Desktop Software does not synchronize directly with any desktop applications on the Mac computer.
